We are actively seeking contractors for a new opportunity at a Richfield-based client. This opportunity has extremely specific requirements. You must have demonstrated experience in the areas detailed below to be considered.
Here are the details from our client:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for:
• Testing of Software Vendor installers and troubleshooting
• Troubleshooting of customer issues as it relates to
(1) Software Vendors and working with Software Vendors towards resolution and
(2) to PC OEMs and working with Software Vendors towards resolution
• Management of Software Vendor content (uploading of logos, copy, and final software bits) to catalog
• Create processes to manage systems and identify issues/resolution – process issue log, create/maintain reporting on impact analysis, system implications, and cross-organization implications.
• Provide monitoring, ongoing maintenance & evaluation of project & operational processes.
The Business Analyst should have:
• Technical Background
• Strong Microsoft Excel & Access skills
• Strong issue resolution/problem solving skills
